Soba Noodles
Soba Noodles with Tempura
Ingredients
- 200g of soba noodles (4 people)
- shrimp tempura
Broth for noodles
- 1,5 l of water
- 1 tablespoon of soup stock
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sweet sake
Boil some water in a pot. Weight 200g of noodles.
Add the noodles in the pot and let them cook for 5 min. Strain them and rinse with cold water to get rid of the flour.
Divide the noodles in small goups
Make the broth: boil 1.5 liters of water and make the broth adding: 1 tablespoon of soup stock, 1 teaspoon of sugar,
6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet sake.


To serve: add some broth in a soup bowl, add 2 portion of noodles. On the top you can put your favourite pieces. Seve Hot.
