Peruvian Ceviche recipe

             Peruvian Ceviche



Ingredients

- 3 tilapia fishes
- 6 lime
- 4 lemons
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- salt and pepper

Cut the 3 fishes into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Squeeze limes and lemons halves.

Add the juice in the bowl. Be sure all of the pieces are completely covered. Cover the bowl and set it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 12 hours. The juice will cook the fish.

Remove from the refrigerator. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Chop the avocado

Add the avocado iton the bowl. Chop really thin the red onion and add it into the bowl.

Mix it! Chop the tomatoes and add them into the bowl and mix again.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve as apetizer still cold.
