Israeli Mint Lemonade
Ingredients
- fresh mint leaves
- lemon juice
- brown sugar
- ice cubes
- water
Wash the mint leaves and squeeze the lemon. Add both in a blender or food processor.
Add the sugar and if you like the lemon pulp (if your lemon is organic you can add also the lemon zest). Add some ice cubes.
Blend everithing and taste, adjust with more sugar/lemon juice to your taste. Add 1 tablespoon of concentrate in your glass and add water (sparkling, if you like it, is really good), add some more ice cubes and serve cold.
